How to get here
From Grand Forks:
- Drive west on Highway 3 for about 20 km.
- Turn left onto Phoenix Road.
- Drive 9.5 km up Phoenix Road to the top of the mountain.
- At the Cenotaph, turn right to reach the cross-country ski area.
- Important: At around the 5.5 km mark on Phoenix Road, you’ll see a turnoff for the Alpine ski hill — stay straight to continue to the cross-country area.
From Greenwood:
- Drive up Phoenix Road from downtown Greenwood.
- At the Cenotaph, turn left to access the cross-country ski area.
The ski area is well signed once you’re near the top. Please drive carefully, especially in winter conditions.
